Tushita Investment Ltd. is a Nepal-based investment company Tushita Investment Ltd. was established in Ashwin 2079 with a mission — to create true, lasting wealth for our members. We are a Nepal-based investment company led by experienced financial professionals, committed to growing together with our investors.

Our History

Founded with a Vision for Sustainable Growth

Tushita Investment Ltd. was established in Ashwin 2079 by a group of mid-to-high level professionals from Nepal’s financial sector. The founding team, with deep expertise in insurance, banking, and capital markets, came together with a shared belief: that Nepal deserves a professionally managed, investor-focused investment company.

In Mangsir 2082, Tushita completed a management takeover. Since then, the company has grown rapidly — raising capital milestones thereafter. By Magh 2085, the company aims to reach Rs. 50 Crore of capital, with an IPO application filed in Falgun 2085 and listing targeted for Bhadra 2086.
